Resources

My aim is to establish and maintain a safe and supportive space. I provide inclusive therapy regardless of age, race, ethnicity, ability-level, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, and gender identity. I promote an environment that is validating, affirming, and empowering

If you identify as part of any of these communities, I hope to have an honest conversation on age, race, ethnicity, culture, gender identity, sexuality, religious affiliation, and abilities and how it can impact treatment and discourse at the start of the therapeutic relationship.

I want to provide an open and safe space for you and while I want to continue to learn and grow as a person and a professional, I never want to do that at the expense of your lived experience.

The internet has helped bridge the gap in many communities in a variety of ways and long overdue inclusivity has helped foster many wonderful resources to help further education, support, and care. As I continue to encounter resources, I will be sure to update this page on an on-going basis.

Below, you will find resources for finding care, connecting with communities, and help hotlines.
